SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY TO RUN ANOTHER 18 PAIRS OF SPECIAL TRAINS DURING ENSUING WINTER

Keeping in view the demand of the passengers, South Eastern Railway has decided to run another 18 Pairs of special trains towards Ernakulam and Visakhaptnam during the ensuing winter. Out of 18 Pairs, nine Pairs of Weekly Special trains will run between Howrah-Ernakulam-Howrahduring the period from 03.12.16 to 31.01.17 and nine Pairs of Weekly Special trains will run between Tatanagar-Visakhaptnam-Tatanagar during the period from 02.12.16 to 28.01.17.
82801/82802 Howrah-Ernakulam-Howrah Weekly Superfast Suvidha Specials (9 Pairs)
The Howrah-Ernakulam Suvidha Special leaving Howrah every Saturday at 17:00 hrs will reach Ernakulam at 06:00 hrs on Monday. In the return direction, the train leaving Ernakulam every Tuesday at 08:50 hrs will arrive Howrah at 23:00 hrs on Wednesday.
The Suvidha Special consisting of one AC 2 Tier, four AC 3 Tier and twelve Sleeper Class coaches will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, ongole, Nellore, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Erode and Coimbatore enroute and in the return direction, the train will also stop at Aluva, Thrisur and Palakkad.
08189/08190 Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam-Tatanagar Weekly Special (9 Pairs):
The Tatanagar-Visakhapatnam Special leaving Tatanagar every Friday at 13:00 hrs will reach Visakhaptnam at 05:25 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, the train leaving Visakhaptnam every Saturday at 17:45 hrs will arrive Tatanagar at 10:45 hrs, the next day.
The Special train consisting of one AC 2 Tier, one AC 3 Tier, five Sleeper Class & two General Second Class Coaches will have stoppages at Rajkharswan, Chaibasa, Dangoaposi, Banspani, Nayagarh, Kendujhargarh, Harichandanpur, Sukinda, Jakhapura, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Palasa, Srikakulam Road and Vizianagaram between Tatanagar and Visakhapatnam and in the return direction, the train will also stop at Jaroli.
